Brian spent his high school years working for a national pizza chain. A few years later, he brought his knowledge and expertise of the pizza business to a relatively new startup pizza shop in Southfield, Michigan. Brian’s extreme work ethic and creativity boosted by Reneé, his then co-worker and now his partner and wife, helped Brian eventually take over and significantly grow the business. People were constantly coming into the store from all over the world asking Brian when he would expand his business bringing Brian’s pizzas, calzones and other delicious offerings to those not fortunate enough to live near Southfield. With that impetus, Brian’s Foods was born.
